How it Works
1. Find a Project
Flipzor will find and present property with a strong potential for an economic upside when reformed, together with calculations of an estimated ROI upon resale.
2. Agreement on Project
Once the project is approved, a mutual agreement on terms and conditions will be signed by both parties.
3. Design & Renovation
Flipzor presents the project to multiple construction firms, evaluates proposals, engages in price negotiations, and establishes a renovation plan encompassing design and material aspects.
4. Styling
Upon the completion of the renovation, the property will undergo furnishing and styling, a pivotal element that significantly contributes to its marketability for sale.
5. Photo & Film
The property will undergo professional photography and videography sessions before being listed on the market.
6. Sale
The sale will be conducted solely through our carefully selected partners in the real estate agency.
